Hot Foil Printing is a process of individually applying a very thin layer of foil onto an item, such as, Business Cards, Pens/Pencils, Bookmarks, Keyrings etc. The foil can be many colours from Matt, Gloss, Metallic and impressive looking Prismatic. These foils are applied to an item by a mixture of pressure and heat.

One of the most common uses for HOT FOIL BLOCKING is to produce spectacular and impressive looking Business Cards. These cards are normally 54mm x 86mm in size and are rounded cornered the same as a credit card. A very large variety of cards and plastic cards are available and are cast coated with standard gloss colours to 3D effects.

The finished cards are impressive which are presented to your customers with pride knowing that your details will be noticed and knowing that the customer will keep the card for future reference.
